Explore

I long to go
Exploring on
A ship or just
Around an art
Museum or any
Museum cinema
Or stroll the Paris
Luxumberg gardens
Crowded on a Sunday
Or all the streets around
The world where I have mixed
Into a crowd busy about their way
All of us part of an experience of
A sharing space together not
Isolated social distancing so
I grump but I know one day
Next year we will all get
Together meet up drop
By to visit all without
A mask or gloves or
Social distancing
Laughing loudly
Speaking plain
Not muffled
Touching
Shaking
Hands
Not
Elbows
Kissing and
Hugging again.
And, all so inclined
Can go get a puppy.
Oh joyous day not
Long away we
Can hug our
Grandkids
Kiss their
Cheek.
But,
First the
Vaccine then
The exploring.
