Democracy means
Just because you think
The other side is wrong it
Does not mean you are right.
The truth is relative to your
Particular perspective so
Vote your conscience
But if the majority
Vote one way
And you
Lose
Then be
Prepared
To accept the
Will of the majority.
When the other side
Has elected a President
That person is our President
And we depend on their good
Character for them to represent
All the people not just their own
Political supporters though
This seems absurdly
Obvious perhaps
We have lost
Track of the
Concept
Of representative
Democracy and some
Have put political party
And partisanship
Above loyalty
To our OUR
Country.
You
Don’t get
To divorce your
Country in a temper
Tantrum over a
Lost election
So get real
Or get
Lost
And our
Democracy
With you as we
Each have the option
To tear ourselves to pieces
Like we did in the Civil War
Because the losing side
In an election could
Not admit Lincoln
Was our mutual
President.
