Constitution was
Written primarily to
Protect our property
Not our civil rights since
Property would insure our
Ability to protect our civil rights.
The last lifetime emphasis has
Shifted to civil rights due to
The income inequalities
The rich have taken
To shameful limits
Too stupid to see
Their wealth is
Transitory no
Matter what
Laws they
Use to
Hide
Behind
As the fabric
Of society tears
Into riots and looting
The veneer of civilized
Behavior comes off under
A breakdown of law and order
So your gated community
Guards in the end will
Help tear down the
Gates to your chic
Little Valhalla
Hills reserve
Machine
Or human
Inequality does
Not add up right
Look out the window
And see the torches bright.
You reap what you sow
You get what you
Deserve so no
Good to shoot
A few looters
When the
Stink is
Here
In income
Inequalities.
Put that in your
Constitution
And don’t
Bogart it
Smoke
It.
