The sky at noon
On a clear day is a
Deeper shade of blue
In Amsterdam or South
Island in the Pacific since
Both are so far from the circling
Equator where skies seem lighter.
Under a deep blue sky you can
Almost reach up into the deep
Darks beyond to outer space
Though the opposite seems
More likely like putting your
Hand into a clear stream
Or atmosphere to feel
The tactile pleasure
Of mist or water,
Much like Latin
Is mist in les
Francais,
Water in
Italiano,
Ice in
Espanol.
Be azured
Blue in any case.
