Atoll

What is an atoll
But a meeting place
Of life. Creatures of the deep
Rise up to mingle
With what lives in
Sea and surf and sun,
Creatures of the sun
Cool themselves in surf
And tide pools, what Paradise
That hath such creatures in it,
A brave new world Indeed.
Are planets and solar systems
Atolls in the
Cosmos, are we in
Paradise? Faith is fine
To simply maintain, but to
Progress we must
Question.
