Hate

I do not
Comprehend
Why anyone hates
Another person or thing.
We may not like someone or
Something but hate takes so much
Effort it seems there is no profit in
It much like being an atheist is
Silly believing there is no God
When the real question is
Does God believe in you.
Agnosticism at least
Takes less effort or
Perhaps we can
Not see further
Than our self
To envision
Our soul
As part
Of universal
Sentience an
Awareness bigger
Than our tiny spec in
The universe but sentient
Seeking to further any sentient
Society to abandon hate and
Embrace love not just of a
Friend or family or pet
But of all sentient life
Forms everywhere
In the universe so
Say your prayers
At night or morn
And know you
Are cared for
By a greater
Sentience
We call
God.
