I wonder if teens are suffering
From cell shock under pressure
Of a gizmo society where criticism,
Suffused by prejudice and teen’s
Propensity to anger, cause teen
Wounds which lead to fatigue,
With symptoms being head
Hung in depression, glum
Expressions, trembling
Neuropsychiatric
Withdrawal
Ending in
Death
By
Cell
Phone,
Selfies of
Suicide by
Firearms too
Easily obtainable
By the cell shocked
Looking for a way out
Of combat for self-esteem
We call high school and
College by those too
Sensitive to social
Pressure with no
Way out for too
Many years
Resulting
In some
Attack
With
Weapons
With too many
Rounds too easily
Available to the
Cell shocked
Teens plain
To see as
Worn out
Twitchy
Scruffy
Set to
Snap.
All
Life
Is a bell
Curve with
The emotionally
Sensitive needing
A rest from teen combat
We used to call three
